  Session 43 - Vallaki pt. 16: The Bones of Saint Andral / July 20, 2021 // Day 15 in Barovia (3AM) /// Party Level = 5 //// Vallaki - St. Andral's Church ...the gang is engaged in a vicious battle with Ludmilla. She realizes that she is outnumbered and tries to escape by casting Misty Step, only to be Counterspell-ed by Kyros! She tumbles back to the magical Spike Growth and the gang keeps on hitting... Bad to the Bones Round 3 Ruckus fires two silvered-tip arrows at Ludmilla; one hits, but the other was a Nat 1 so his string snaps.  Ireena, tired of vampires, stays Ready and drinks a healing potion. Levo swings his silvered hammer at VS6 twice, and hits once. Kyros casts Firebolt at Ludmilla and hits, causing Fire damage. She is screaming at him. Sobprym cast Vicious Mockery but she makes the save! He then gives Bentham some Healing Word. Ludmilla, angered and wounded, yells out to her Vampire Spawn in an unknown language, then again casts and this time successfully escapes ...

  Session 42 - Vallaki pt. 15: Showdown at Saint Andral's Church / July 13, 2021 // Day 15 in Barovia (2:30 AM) /// Party Level = 5 //// Vallaki - St. Andral's Church The gang is back at St. Andral's Church to restore the bones and reconsecrate the grounds. However, Ludmilla is holding Father Lucian hostage and tells the gang: "Give me the bones or I kill the priest"... Ludmilla and the Priest The gang is in a pickle. They trie to lie: "What bones?", Ruckus asks, but Ludmilla isn't having it. Sobprym tries to be Charismatic and convince her that they have them hidden in Vallaki. She almost falls for it...but sees through their ruse.  Ludmilla She calls out in a strange language: another worshipper sheds her costume and reveals herself to be another Vampire Spawn. The gang rolls for initiative... Vampires Everywhere Round 1 Ireena readies with her silver sword near the entrance. Bentham runs down stairs and calls for Ruckus & Levo to form around him at the bottom of the stairs "to receive foes on best terms". Kyros is low on spell slots; he readies Magic Missiles. He replies to Ludmilla "I'm sorry madame...forgive me..but no". Levo readies his silvered hammer and a flask of holy water and enters a RAGE. Ludmilla disengages & disappears into the mists.
